Reporting to the Director/VP of Digital Gaming, the Digital Gaming Operations Manager will work with the Digital Gaming, Publishing and Promotions teams to design, build, and execute the critical operations for their digital casino. Your contribution will ensure that they sell the most relevant content and promotions 24/7/365. You will also work closely with their Marketing and CRM teams.
Duties and responsibilities include;
Build out a backlog of operational requirements that will establish how the Content Promotions team manages the digital casino, and how the operations team works with Product to prioritize development of new features and content with third party suppliers
Align promotional and bonus offers across Publishing, Marketing & CRM teams, ensuring a consistent approach for customers on site, on mobile and through the outbound communications, leading to a smooth and friction free set of customer journeys & timely customer payments & notifications
Configure bonuses, restrictions and eligibility in the back office
Provide the operational sign off for customer facing product features and promotional mechanics, ensuring that all back office requirements have been met
Own the operational relationship with the Customer Service team, ensuring that all new product & promotional releases have been clearly articulated and demonstrated to first line customer contact teams
Hold Marketing Acquisition teams accountable for the quality of new sign ups and develop a sign up bonus strategy with marketing to maximize new customer sign ups while not compromising quality
Your experience should include;
3+ years of online experience essential; ideally gained with an online casino operator or in a reciprocal industry
Where you have no prior online casino experience, you will have the ability to quickly learn how to operationally run a digital casino including back office systems
Ability to quickly discern the emerging the needs of digital casino customers and what promotions will appeal
Superb communication, organizational, operational, teamwork and interpersonal skills
Analytical, with the ability to understand how BI and KPIs should be used to drive improved business decisions
Good understanding of how to scope out operational processes and product development requirements
Proven at delivering projects against deadlines
Track record of working with cross functional teams and delivering first-class customer experience results
You should have good experience of working at a regulated online betting & Gaming operator, supplier or similar or have similar experience at a DFS, social casino or social gambling company with a keen interest in the US regulated iGaming market.
