The Role

TIME Studios is seeking a Production Accountant who will be responsible for all aspects of production accounting for multiple projects. We are looking for an experienced accountant with a proven record of setting up and implementing accounting systems within a busy, world-class production company.


  • Process production specific accounts payable from end-to-end in production accounting software
  • Process union and non-union production payroll spanning multiple productions
  • Process and track payroll for talent and crew members on overall deals
  • Oversee all aspects of production accounting including payroll, vendor payments, credit card reconciliation and cost reporting
  • Ensure record keeping is accurate and well-documented for multiple productions at a time
  • Create and implement production accounting procedures for all projects
  • Work with Head of Production to keep all productions on budget


  • Candidates must have 5-7 years of relevant experience
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll systems and accounting software
  • Detail oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
