ROLE:

With established teams in New York, San Francisco, London, Dublin, and India, we are growing our marketing capabilities and hiring a Marketing Specialist to support our global sales efforts. The Marketing Specialist position is an exciting opportunity to work for an explosively-growing mid-sized AI company and market leader within its space.

We are looking for a creative, energetic and curious candidate with strong, demonstrable writing and project management skills. And be able to manage social media, blogging, website design, marketing collateral to support sales and events management. The growth opportunity for this role is very high - applicants with an energetic, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude or won t shrink away from challenges will be successful. The management team carry many years of experience both as practitioners and technologist and have established a culture of learning and guidance for candidates hoping to grow their career in finance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work cross-functionally (Sales, Marketing, Leadership, Product and Service teams) and across regions to execute marketing plans
  • Support sales efforts with global marketing communication through social, online advertisement, emails, webinars and other channels.
  • Create and manage sales and marketing brochures (digital and print)
  • Develop and execute lead generation campaigns
  • Plan and manage conferences and industry events
  • Create content and post social media updates
  • Drive visitors to EZOPS website and track analytics
  • Manage and update website content. Optimize SEO
  • Manage online advertising on publishers and industry websites

LOCATION:

New York City, NY

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor s degree preferably in marketing, communications, business, economics or related experience.
  • 3-5 years marketing communications/digital marketing experience in a financial services or FinTech firm.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM and document management software.
  • Experienced at creating content to support sales (print and digital collateral, online ads, sales decks) and to maintain social media presence, blogs--should be skilled at SEO best practices.
  • Outstanding written, proofreading, and verbal communication skills able to show relevant marketing-related writing samples.
  • Demonstrated strong planning, project management, organizational, and follow-up skills.
  • Must be able to work collaboratively, be a self-starter and adept at prioritizing tasks.
  • Curious, outgoing, persistent, quality-driven, detail-oriented, and reliable.
