Position Summary:We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Manager of Investigations-Security.
In this role, the successful candidate Responsible for conducting investigations and crime prevention by tacking trends and activities both internal as well as external.
Additional Position Specific Responsibilities:Participates in the departments performance improvement activities.Maintains patient/employee confidentiality in the management of information.Observes the Health Care Systems compliance policies.Participates in the development of other staff members.Meets regulatory, licensure and annual health assessment requirements.Identifies learning strengths and needsUtilizes learning resources.Demonstrates a professional, courteous, and respectful attitude in dealing with patients,Families and significant others.Displays courtesy, tact and patience during interactions with all members of the hospital and extended community.May be required to perform other duties as assigned or perform other duties when necessary.
Minimum Qualifications:To qualify you must have a Bachelor's Degree or directly related equivalent work experience.Minimum of three years supervisory experience and knowledge of policies, procedures and laws required.Law Enforcement Experience Preferred.Good appearance, oral and written communication skills.
