GTM Payroll Services Inc. specializes in helping mid to large size businesses streamline their workflow processes through a best-of-breed HCM technology and we are looking to add a new Implementation Specialist to our team. You would be responsible for the initial client shell and balancing/verification of the client data into our payroll platform. As an Implementation Specialist, you will work closely with the sales department to onboard new clients to GTM and would be responsible for training clients on the platform.Top 5 Essential Functions include, but are not limited to:Client Conversions - Perform analysis of client needs and load payroll, tax, and employee data to build the customer profile effectively and efficiently into the isolved platform.Project Management - Responsible for setting and continually maintaining overall project expectations for multiple new clients simultaneously to ensure success and timeliness of milestone completion. Provide updates to the GTM team and track company metrics.Data Accuracy & Analysis - Conversion files are generated from the client's current system for import into isolved. Review the client data for accuracy or any discrepancies from your control data.Payroll Processing - Client conversions are a perfect opportunity to review client configuration and data. Process one or two payrolls with the client for training purposes before transitioning the client to their dedicated Account Manager.Trainings/Support - Be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for system and payroll knowledge. Recommendations to internal staff to improve adoption and alignment into the system. Train clients on system to encourage them to be remote, independent learners. Support includes both internal and external support on all modules within the isolved HCM software.Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:Possess a general understanding of all aspects of the human resource and payroll process and technology.Knowledge of relational database management systems and ability to understand system design and functionality.General understanding of Benefits, ACA, General Ledger and COBRA administration.Knowledge of MS Office Suite and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.Exceptional customer relationship building skills.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Strong ability to multitask.Strong analytical capabilities for advanced problem solving and finding creative solutions.Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.Ability to prioritize and escalate issues when necessary.Minimum QualificationsAssociates degree in business or IT related field.Minimum 2-3 years' experience working in HCM system implementation.Human Resources and payroll knowledge desired.1 - 2 + years of isolved experience.Success Factors:Ideal candidate will have prior experience utilizing the iSolved HCM platform.A team player and a problem-solving attitude.Conscientiousness and obsession for accuracy.Must be able to work under time constraints and meet daily, weekly and monthly deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
