KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervise & provide leadership to the 3 Area Leads within the Games Department. Responsible for overseeing Games division scheduling & meeting all established labor budgets. Responsible for developing & maintaining Game presentations. Responsible for reviewing daily variance sheets and communicating with finance to ensure accuracy. Responsible for completing and reviewing employee audits with Area Leads and front line staff. Responsible for maintaining all park standards & enforcing all park policies & procedures including wardrobe, electronic communication, etc. Responsible for monitoring equipment & facilities to insure proper maintenance and alerting Tech Services when needed. Monitors cash handling procedures to insure compliance with department policy. Monitors the continuing improvements made to the standard operating procedures and auditing program. Monitors and maintains FOH and BOH procedures to ensure an efficient, safe and effective operation. Responsible for the communication of all safety standards and operating procedures to all team members. Hire, train, develop, and evaluate leadership and staff Develop ways to create a well-informed, entertaining and engaged staff. Responsible for training all members of the Games department. Responsible for making sure all Games team members comply with the company values.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: Must be at least 18 years of age Must have at least 3 years experience in a high volume theme park setting Must be able to communicate effectively in the English language to individuals and/or large groups of people Must have at least 3 years experience in a theme park leadership role. Must have or be in pursuit of High School Diploma or GED.
