Job Summary

Essential Functions

  • Handles routine transactions such as disbursements, voucher preparation and remittances
  • Prepares or checks invoices, requisitions and other documents for processing; encodes and obtains approval when necessary
  • Responds and provides resolution to customer inquiries
  • Provides input to management team to maximize production efficiencies
  • Analyzes and resolves payment-related issues in a timely and accurate manner
  • Contact customers to resolve issues and delinquencies to ensure collection of outstanding balances

Knowledge and Skills/Technology Used

  • Has developed knowledge and skills through formal training or considerable work experience in a global environment.
  • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
  • Strong computer skills including Excel and Access.
  • Excellent analytical, verbal and written skills.
  • Experience with mainframe system, Oracle preferred.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Typical Education

  • High School diploma

Typical Range of Experience

  • Typically requires 2- 5 years of related experience
  • Previous Accounts Receivable experience a plus
  • Strong customer service skills
