Status Labs is building out our team of Account Coordinators to help us grow our business in 2020. This position is the starting point to grow into more senior roles with the company as an Account Manager and eventually, Account Director. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting new opportunities to engage within a small account management team as you learn the ropes of our sales cycle and details about our comprehensive service offering.
This is a full-time, salaried position based in New York. Your performance will be measured based on specific metrics, such as the number of emails sent, phone calls made, opportunities created, and the number of proposals and reports you assist in writing. You will be closely managed and held accountable for these outputs, and you will use Salesforce CRM and Outreach.io to organize your business.

If you prove yourself as an effective Account Coordinator, you will earn the opportunity to advance into an Account Manager role where you will close new business and manage relationships with our clients, who range from CEOs and billionaires to public figures and some of the largest brands in the world.
After you've succeeded as an Account Manager, you will be promoted to an Account Management Director position to manage your own team. This can all happen in 3-4 years.
